Shipping Terms

CAWPINK SHIPPING INFO:

All CAWPINK packages are shipped via United States Postal Service or FedEx. Shipping and handling rates are based on the total amount of your order (see charts below).

Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain packaging, and the shipping label does not mention our name or the word "lingerie." There are no clues on the outside of the box regarding the contents, ensuring a discreet delivery experience. Feel confident receiving shipments at your home or work address.

General Shipping and Tracking: Processing Time: In most cases, your CAWPINK order will be processed within 1 business day. After processing, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. In-stock items will be shipped once located, payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

After leaving our warehouse, delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping method and the location of your shipping address.

Allow up to 48 hours or longer after leaving the warehouse before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Please refrain from tracking your package until this time. CAWPINK utilizes various carriers and shipping methods, impacting tracking availability.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to ongoing global health concerns, carriers are experiencing delays. This includes updates to order tracking and delivery times. Allow an additional 2-3 days after the estimated delivery time frame before contacting us. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

Back Orders: In the rare event of an item being out of stock, you will not be charged for backordered items until ready for shipment. You'll receive an email notification or find a back order message on your invoice. To inquire about estimated shipping dates, email service@cawpink.com. Back orders typically take 1-3 weeks.

All Back Orders remain open and uncharged for up to 16 weeks. We'll charge and process back order items once ready for shipment.

Important Note (Shipping): All times are based on when your CAWPINK order is shipped, not when it's placed. Choosing express shipping won't affect processing times. Faster shipping guarantees delivery days AFTER leaving our warehouse, not total delivery days.

Minimum Order Requirement: CAWPINK offers the lowest prices, requiring a minimum purchase of $10.00 for all orders.
